Suspect in Theft on
Canal Street Seen on Surveillance Video
NEW ORLEANS – The
NOPD is seeking to locate and identify a suspect seen on surveillance video
stealing a cellphone at Harrah’s Casino on August 28, 2017.
At about 12:43 a.m., the pictured individual was seen on
surveillance video taking the victim’s cellphone before fleeing the scene.
