NOPD Seeking Suspect
in Armed Robbery at Downman Road and Hayne Boulevard
NEW ORLEANS – The
NOPD has obtained an arrest warrant for Jamar Jones (DOB: 04-25-1999) in connection
with an armed robbery that occurred on June 20, 2017 at the intersection of
Downman Road and Hayne Boulevard.
On the date of the incident, Jones and an alleged
co-conspirator reportedly pointed a firearm at the victim and demanded her
property at the intersection. The victim complied, and the subjects fled on
foot.
