Suspect Identified in
Aggravated Battery on Chef Menteur Highway
NEW ORLEANS – The NOPD has obtained an arrest warrant for Chelsea Clifton (DOB: 10-27-1983) in connection with a domestic aggravated battery that occurred on August 26, 2017 in the 8200 block of Chef Menteur Highway.
At approximately 9 a.m., Clifton was reportedly involved in a domestic altercation with the victim. During this altercation, Clifton allegedly obtained a box cutter and cut the victim three times across his chest before fleeing the scene.
