Suspect Wanted for Stealing Wallet at Winn-Dixie on
Holiday Drive
NEW ORLEANS – The
NOPD is seeking assistance from the public in identifying and locating a female suspect after she was seen taking
a victim’s wallet while in Winn-Dixie.
The incident happened on July 16, 2017. At about 5:55 p.m., the victim
was checking out his items at the grocery store in the 3000 block of Holiday Drive. The
victim then exited the store. The victim stated he realized he forgot his wallet on the counter at the
register. He immediately went back into the store to retrieve his wallet but it was gone.
Surveillance video from inside of the store showed the above
subject picking up the wallet and placing it in her bag. The suspect then left
the location in a white four-door vehicle pictured above.
