The Ladies of Roses Social Club held their Mardi Gras Ball on Saturday, February 18th at the Baker Municipal Center. This Social Club was established 39 years ago (1984). Baker resident Iris Butler has been a member since its inception. The Ladies of Roses Social Club holds their Mardi Gras Ball every two years. Mayor Waites was invited to attend by Ms. Linda Perkins and Ms. Iris Butler.
