Essential Job Functions and Responsibilities:
- Proper organization and attention to detail when trimming buds and packing dry material.
- Maintain personal training documentation.
- Cross-train with packing technicians.
- Transport products to secure inventory areas.
- Contribute to continuous improvement of Ilera Holistic process SOPs and work instructions.
- Ensure proper communication of tasks through shift changes.
- Adhere to safe chemical handling and disposal procedures as defined by SOPS and material safety data sheets (MSDS).
- Ensure the safety of themselves and others by maintaining a safe and orderly environment by sweeping, mopping, and cleaning as needed.
- Report any unsafe or hazardous work conditions to the Trimmer Supervisor.
- Work all shifts as needed to complete critical tasks.
- Uphold Ilera Holistic Healthcare quality and teamwork objectives in all job aspects.
- Perform other duties as required.
Desired Qualifications and Experience:
- Exceptional attention to detail.
- Self-motivated to learn and improve.
- Strong mathematical skills with ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide various units of measure.
- Proficient in computer programs including word processing, database management, spreadsheet applications, and e-mail.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast paced, constantly changing, team environment.
- Effectively communicate in English, both written and verbal.
- Capable of sitting, standing, kneeling, bending, squatting and/or walking for extended periods.
- Ability to push, pull, or lift a minimum of 50 lbs.
- Ability to read, interpret, and apply information obtained from manuals, data sheets, or other documents.
Additional Requirements:
- Applicant must be at least 21 years of age.
- Must be and remain compliant with all company regulations.
Background Check Requirements:
As a condition of employment, a complete background investigation will be conducted based on the rules of Louisiana. The state investigative process includes a state and federal background check. Individuals that have been convicted of any of the following criminal offenses, or who have a charge pending for any of the following criminal offenses, will not be eligible to work at Ilera Holistic:
