On Wednesday, April 21, 2021, on the lawn of the Municipal Annex Building, a memorial was held for Raemel Andrieka Joel Richardson.
The legacy that gathered to honor the memory of Raemel is a testament of her love, and the shared memories of her which live on in the hearts and souls of her City of Baker family forever
There can be no life without pain, but where there is pain there is love and healing and hope, and it is in that hope that we will continue to be recalled with love.
