Baton Rouge Community College is looking to hire a NCCER Millwright Instructor in a Part-Time and Contract capacity.

POSITION QUALIFICATIONS:
- 5 years work experience
- Relevant Industry Based Certifications
- Must be able to install machinery and equipment according to layout plans, blueprints, and other drawings in an industrial establishment.
- Prepare students to perform conventional machine tool operation, read blueprints, and use precision measurement tools.
- Certified NCCER Millwright instructor (The college will provide NCCER Instructor Training, if needed.)
POSITION DESCRIPTION:
- Part-time instructors are responsible for teaching courses as assigned and student advising.
- Qualified applicants must be committed to student learning, integrating technology into the curriculum, and encouraging engaged scholars.
- Faculty are expected to support the institution’s mission and vision and abide by the Faculty Handbook and college-wide policies.
