The first two days of the Lane Regional Medical Center Drive-Thru COVID Vaccine Event are complete and were a wonderful success!
Lane Regional Medical Center wants to thank every staff member who volunteered to help, every team member who took on extra duties so their department leaders/co-workers could volunteer, and all of the team members who were patient and understanding about the traffic and parking.
More than 1,000 vaccines were delivered in two days, lots of positive feedback was received and vaccine recipients were very thankful to Lane Regional Medical Center for their diligence and for helping their communities.
There were more than 60 volunteers which included: Lane team members, retired Lane team members, hospital and foundation Board members, Zachary Police & Fire Departments, Baker Police & Fire Departments, City of Zachary staff, City of Baker staff, Baker Chamber, Zachary Rotary Club, and local business representatives!
