Weather Alert: Risk for Severe Weather Tuesday - Wednesday
Please be aware that the National Weather Service is advising that there is a marginal risk of severe storms on Tuesday - Thursday
Tuesday afternoon into Tuesday evening: Damaging winds in excess of 60 mph and hail of up to 1" in diameter will be possible.
Wednesday through Wednesday night: Marginal to slight risk of heavy rainfall that could lead to flooding issues is in place . Heavy rainfall could lead to street flooding issues in low lying and poorly drained areas. Rises on area rivers could lead to minor to moderate flood conditions.
Thursday: Slight risk of severe storms; most likely time for severe storms would be from Thursday morning through Thursday evening.
 Forecast:
Tonight: A 30 percent chance of showers and thunderstorms after 4am. Increasing clouds, with a low around 60. Southeast wind around 10 mph, with gusts as high as 20 mph.
Tuesday: A chance of showers and thunderstorms, then showers and possibly a thunderstorm after 11am. High near 73. Southeast wind 10 to 15 mph, with gusts as high as 25 mph. Chance of precipitation is 80%. New rainfall amounts between 1 and 2 inches possible.
Tuesday Night: A chance of showers and thunderstorms, then showers likely and possibly a thunderstorm after 1am. Mostly cloudy, with a low around 63. Southeast wind around 5 mph. Chance of precipitation is 60%.
Wednesday: Showers and possibly a thunderstorm. High near 76. Southeast wind 5 to 10 mph. Chance of precipitation is 80%.
Wednesday Night: Showers and possibly a thunderstorm before 1am, then a chance of showers and thunderstorms after 1am. Low around 67. Southeast wind around 10 mph, with gusts as high as 20 mph. Chance of precipitation is 80%.
Thursday: Showers and possibly a thunderstorm. High near 78. South wind 10 to 15 mph, with gusts as high as 30 mph. Chance of precipitation is 80%.
Thursday Night: A 20 percent chance of showers before 1am. Mostly cloudy, with a low around 54. Southwest wind 5 to 10 mph becoming northwest after midnight. Winds could gust as high as 25 mph.
Friday: A slight chance of showers after 1pm. Mostly sunny, with a high near 78. North wind around 5 mph becoming southeast in the afternoon.
Friday Night: A slight chance of showers and thunderstorms after 1am. Mostly cloudy, with a low around 62. Southeast wind around 5 mph.
