On March 8, 2021, the Baker Chamber of Commerce visited Westminster Elementary and White Hills Elementary School as part of "Read Across America".
The National Education Association was established to work for the betterment of public schools. They have been leading the "Read Across America" Initiative in order to promote and encourage young people to read.
The NEA understands that it takes a supporting community is crucial in a student's education and growth; the Baker Chamber of Commerce understands that very well. We are thankful that our community leaders continue to instill a love of reading into the future generation.
