Today was an historic day for Baker and North Baton Rouge; a milestone that was the result of community engagement with public officials which created a unified voice in our parish. The groundbreaking, which begins the renovations of both the Baton Rouge Zoo and Greenwood Park, are just part of a larger effort to revitalize and connect our community through strategic infrastructure investment.
When the renovations are complete North Baton Rouge and Baker will be a great deal closer to fulfilling one aspect of our economic development potential. We are looking forward to seeing our community thrive and prosper in the years ahead.
