TRAFFIC ADVISORY: Nighttime Resurfacing Operations Scheduled for Bryan Station Road (KY 57) in Fayette County

Alternating lane closures will be in place during work

LEXINGTON, Ky. (Oct. 7, 2026) – The Kentucky Transportation Cabinet (KYTC) advises motorists of upcoming nighttime resurfacing operations on Bryan Station Road (KY 57) in Fayette County, weather permitting.

Paving operations are scheduled for Wednesday, Oct. 7, and Thursday, Oct. 8.

KY 57 (Bryan Station Road)

  • Work will take place from 7 p.m. to 6 a.m. each night between New Circle Road and Interstate 75 (mile points 0.0–1.14).
  • Alternating lane closures will be in place during work hours.
  • Motorists should use extra caution in the area and expect delays.

All work/closures are scheduled on a tentative basis, and subject to change depending on weather conditions, emergencies and other factors beyond the control of the Department of Highways.
