Kentucky Transportation Cabinet • District 7
LEXINGTON, Ky. (Aug. 21, 2026) – The Kentucky Transportation Cabinet advises motorists of two separate crashes blocking portions of Interstate 75 in Fayette and Scott counties.
Fayette County
- I-75 Northbound is blocked at mile point 99 (near Clays Ferry Bridge) due to a crash.
- Traffic is being diverted at Exit 98.
Scott County
- I-75 Southbound is blocked near mile point 129 due to a crash.
- Traffic is being diverted at Exit 129.
Motorists should use alternate routes and expect delays. Updates will be provided as they become available.
