Tree removal planned on Versailles Road
LEXINGTON, Ky. (July 10, 2026) — The Kentucky Transportation Cabinet (KYTC) advises motorists of a lane closure on U.S. 60 (Versailles Road) in Fayette County for tree removal operations.
Beginning Tuesday, July 14, weather permitting, the inbound right lane of U.S. 60 (Versailles Road) from mile point 5 to mile point 5.1 near Bordeaux Drive, will be closed from 9 a.m. to 3 p.m. for tree cleanup. Traffic will be maintained through the work zone.
Motorists should use extra caution and watch for signage and personnel in the work zone.
