Bridge closed due to flood damage near Perkins/Ashcraft Road
LEXINGTON, Ky. (June 27, 2026) — The Kentucky Transportation Cabinet (KYTC) advises motorists that a bridge on Tates Creek Road (KY 169) in Madison County has been closed due to flood damage.
The bridge is located near Perkins/Ashcraft Road at mile point 11.0.
Motorists should use KY 1156 (Jacks Creek Road) as an alternate route.
The bridge will remain closed until further notice while crews assess the damage and determine necessary repairs.
Motorists are advised to use extra caution and watch for signage and personnel in the area.
