KY 2491 in Wolfe County to be closed Tuesday, May 12
JACKSON, Ky. – Drivers who use KY 2491 (Campton-Baptist Road) in Wolfe County will need to find an alternate route on Tuesday, May 12. The road will be closed at milepoint 2.0 for replacement of a drainage pipe. Work will begin at 7:30 a.m. and should be completed by 3 p.m.
No marked detour will be posted. Drivers can use KY 191 and Trace Fork Road, or KY 191 and KY 1812, to bypass the closure.
In case of inclement weather, the closure may be postponed until another suitable date.
Approximately 250 vehicles use this section of KY 2491 each day.
