Mowing planned between 10 a.m. and 12 p.m.
LEXINGTON, Ky. (May 5, 2026) — The Kentucky Transportation Cabinet (KYTC) advises motorists of mowing operations this morning between 10 a.m. and 12 p.m. on New Circle Road (KY 4) on the inner loop along the cable barrier.
Operations will begin at mile point 4.6 (Versailles Road) to mile point 14.8 (Richmond Road). This will be a mobile operation in the fast lane.
Motorist are advised to use extra caution and watch for crews working.
All work/closures are scheduled on a tentative basis, and subject to change depending on weather conditions, emergencies and other factors beyond the control of the Department of Highways.
District 7 includes: Anderson, Bourbon, Boyle, Clark, Fayette, Garrard, Jessamine, Madison, Mercer, Montgomery, Scott and Woodford Counties.
