TRAFFIC ADVISORY: Lane Closures on KY 3084 (Old Henry Road) and Bush Farm Road Beginning Monday, Dec. 8, in Louisville
LOUISVILLE, Ky. (Dec. 5, 2025) – The Kentucky Transportation Cabinet (KYTC) advises motorists of lane closures on KY 3084 (Old Henry Road) and Bush Farm Road beginning at midnight on Monday, Dec. 8, through Friday, Dec. 12, at 3 p.m., in Louisville.
During this time, the right turn lane from KY 3084 (Old Henry Road) to Bush Farm Road will be closed, and the through lane will be temporarily adjusted to serve both through and right turn traffic. Additionally, the far left turn lane from Bush Farm Road to KY 3084 (Old Henry Road) will be closed.
These temporary lane closures are necessary to support enhancement work related to the recently completed KY 3084 (Old Henry Road) widening project, along with nearby permitted work to create a wider turn radius from KY 3084 (Old Henry Road) to Bush Farm Road. Contract crews will be widening the curb line throughout the duration of the closures.
Motorists are urged to follow all traffic control measures and exercise caution when traveling through the work zone.
