Lane closures scheduled for Interstate 75 in Madison County
Traffic counter work --- to determine Average Daily Traffic Count
LEXINGTON, Ky. (Nov. 7, 2025) – The Kentucky Transportation Cabinet (KYTC) advises motorists of lane closures scheduled for Interstate 75 in Madison Co. The closures will be necessary for counting to be completed for traffic volumes.
Interstate 75
Tuesday, Nov. 11 through Wednesday, Nov. 12 – 9 p.m. Tuesday until 6 a.m. Wednesday
- beginning at milepoint 95.5 and progressing to milepoint 91.86
Wednesday, Nov. 12 through Thursday, Nov. 13 – 9 p.m. Wednesday until 6 a.m. Thursday
- beginning at milepoint 88.1 (Southbound) and progressing to milepoint 88.1 (Northbound)
Thursday, Nov. 13 through Friday, Nov. 14 – 9 p.m. Thursday until 6 a.m. Friday
- beginning at milepoint 91.86 (Northbound) and progressing to milepoint 95.5 (Northbound)
All work/closures are scheduled on a tentative basis, and subject to change depending on weather, emergencies and other factors beyond the control of the Department of Highways.
District 7 includes: Anderson, Bourbon, Boyle, Clark, Fayette, Garrard, Jessamine, Madison, Mercer, Montgomery, Scott and Woodford Counties
