Paving Project Begins Today in Downtown Madisonville
Work underway on West Center Street
MADISONVILLE, Ky. (October 20, 2025) – A contractor for the Kentucky Transportation Cabinet plans to pave along a 0.80 mile section of West Center Street (KY 262) in Madisonville early this week.
They will begin milling operations today, Monday, Oct. 20 between Boggess Blvd (3.944 mm) and Main Street/U.S. 41 (4.75 mm). The contractor then plans to pave this section of roadway tomorrow, Tuesday, Oct. 21.
Motorists should watch for lane closures with alternating traffic flow controlled by flaggers.
