LEXINGTON, Ky. (Oct. 1, 2025) – The Kentucky Transportation Cabinet (KYTC) advises motorists of a scheduled road closure. The temporary closure is necessary for cross drain installation operations.
Tuesday, Oct. 7 – 8 a.m. until 3 p.m.
Wednesday, Oct. 8 – 8 a.m. until 3 p.m.
Ironworks Road/KY 15
- a closure for cross drain replacement work will be in effect between milepoints 1.365 and 1.352
- this location is between Trapp and Goffs Corner Road and Old Kiddville Road
All work and/or closures are scheduled on a tentative basis, and subject to change depending on weather, emergencies and other factors beyond the control of the Department of Highways.
