LEXINGTON, Ky. (Aug. 14, 2025) – All lanes of Interstate 75 South at mile marker 98 near the Clays Ferry bridge in Lexington are blocked due to a crash. All traffic is being detoured at Exit 104 (Athens-Boonesboro Road) to U.S. 25 S to return to the interstate at Exit 99.
Drivers should expect significant delays, seek alternate routes and avoid the area, if possible.
