Traffic Advisory: KY 773 in Carter County for a Cross Drain Replacement on Tuesday, August 5.

FLEMINGSBURG, Ky. (August 1, 2025) – From 7:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. on Tuesday, August 5, highway crews will temporarily close part of KY 773 (milepoint 7.4) between KY1512 and Stewart Cemetary Road to dig through the highway and replace a drainage pipe underneath. Traffic should watch for message boards and can detour using KY 1396 to KY1496 to KY 1. There will be no thru traffic during closure.
Road work schedules may be adjusted if inclement weather or other unforeseen delays occur. Motorists are asked to heed all warning signs, slow down in work zones and remain aware of workers and construction equipment when traveling.
