KY 91 in Caldwell County to be Blocked on Thursday
KYTC plans to replace a cross drain between KY 70 and KY 139
MADISONVILLE, Ky. (July 29, 2025) – The Kentucky Transportation Cabinet plans to block KY 91 in Caldwell County on Thursday to replace a cross drain.
The highway will be closed to through traffic between KY 70 (23.3 mm) in Fredonia and KY 139 (13.9 mm) in Princeton from approximately 7 a.m. to 4 p.m. while work is performed. The roadway will be completely blocked between Bright Hill Road (15 mm) and East White Sulfur Road (16 mm).
There will be a marked detour in place, utilizing KY 70 and KY 139. Motorists may also use U.S. 62 and U.S. 641 through Eddyville, but there will be no detour signs on this route.
This is a single day closure.
