Operations scheduled for Jessamine County
Thermoplastic markings
LEXINGTON, Ky. (July 11, 2025) – The Kentucky Transportation Cabinet (KYTC) advises motorists that thermoplastic marking operations are scheduled for Jessamine County. Markings include stop bars, crosswalks and arrows.
The markings improve reflectivity, and visibility which enhance safety. Flaggers will be onsite to guide and direct traffic. Motorists can pass through the work zones.
Friday, July 11 – currently and until 5 p.m.
Jessamine County
- the intersection with the US 27 Bypass/27X (milepoint 10.8)
- the intersection with the US 27 Bypass/Wichita Drive (milepoint 7.92)
- the intersection with the US 27 Bypass/Sun Pike (milepoint 6.98)
- the intersection with KY 1267/Clear Creek Road (milepoint 2.5)
All work and/or closures are subject to change depending on weather, emergencies and other factors beyond the control of the Department of Highways.
District 7 includes: Anderson, Bourbon, Boyle, Clark, Fayette, Garrard, Jessamine, Madison, Mercer, Montgomery, Scott and Woodford Counties
