KY 1247 in Lincoln County to be Temporarily Closed Beginning Monday
Closure is for shoulder repairs
SOMERSET, Ky. (July 10, 2025) – The Kentucky Department of Highways will temporarily close a portion of KY 1247 (Old Hall's Gap Hill) in Lincoln County beginning Monday, July 14 for shoulder repairs.
Starting Monday, KY 1247 will be closed to through traffic between Fairview Cemetery Road (mile point 11.9) and Maywood Road (mile point 13). The closure is expected to last approximately three weeks.
The start date and duration of work may be adjusted for inclement weather or other unforeseeable delays.
