CSX Corporation to perform railroad maintenance operations on U.S. 421 in Harlan County beginning Thursday, June 26
MANCHESTER, Ky. (June 25, 2025) – CSX Corporation has advised that railroad maintenance operations on U.S. 421 (mile point 17.23) near the intersection of U.S. 119 in Harlan County will take place beginning Thursday, June 26 from 6 a.m. until 8 p.m.
Flaggers and a temporary signal will be on-site, and motorists should expect delays.
The date, time, and duration of work may be adjusted if inclement weather or other unforeseen delays occur.
