Traffic Advisory: KY 2078 in Carter County for a Box Culvert Repair Extended Through July 8
One Lane Closure to last through July 8
FLEMINGSBURG, Ky. (June 23, 2025) – Highway crews have had to extend the temporary closure of part of KY 2078 (Perry Branch) at milepoint 2.7, to one lane for a box culvert repair. Traffic will be controlled by temporary traffic signals. Repair was expected to be complete by June 24, but due to inclement weather, that date has been changed to Tuesday, July 8, 2025.
Road work schedules may be adjusted if inclement weather or other unforeseen delays occur. Motorists are asked to heed all warning signs, slow down in work zones and remain aware of workers and construction equipment when traveling.
