Traffic Alert: Closure of Templin Avenue and Ben Irvin Road in Bardstown Begins Next Week
Intersections with the new Western Bypass are being constructed
ELIZABETHTOWN, Ky. (May 28, 2025) – Work on the Western Bypass in Bardstown will require closure of KY 1430 (Templin Avenue) and KY 2737 (Ben Irvin Road) for construction of intersections with the new route. The location is near the current intersection of KY 1430 and KY 2737. Work on this portion of the Western Bypass Project will begin June 1st, with both roads open by August 1st.
