MADISONVILLE, Ky. (May 28, 2025) – Two paving projects are expected to get underway in Webster County this week.
A contractor began milling operations along a stretch of U.S. 41A in Dixon earlier today. This project will resurface almost three miles of roadway between the 6.8 and 9.5 mile points, roughly from Jim Villines Road to Tapp Lane. Weather permitting the road will be paved on Friday.
Also on Friday, work is scheduled to begin on KY 56 in Sebree. Crews will be milling the highway between the 12 and 12.5 mile points, in an area from just west of North Street to the intersection of KY 56 and U.S. 41. They will return on Monday to pave this section of road.
