Old Frankfort Pike/KY 1681 in Fayette County
Milling and paving between
Alexandria Drive and the Fayette-Woodford County line
LEXINGTON, Ky. (May 27, 2025) – The Kentucky Transportation Cabinet (KYTC) advises motorists of scheduled work for Old Frankfort Pike/KY 1681 in Fayette County. Milling and paving operations will be in effect. The work will be performed by ATS Construction LLC.
Wednesday, May 28 – 7 a.m. until 4 p.m.
Old Frankfort Pike/KY 1681
- milling and paving will be in effect between Alexandria Drive (milepoint 4.6) and the Fayette-Woodford County line (milepoint 0.0)
- work will begin at Alexandria Drive and progress to the Fayette-Woodford County line
- one lane will be closed with flaggers assisting and guiding motorists
- motorists will be able to pass through the work zone
All work and/or closures are scheduled on a tentative basis, and subject to change depending on weather conditions, emergencies and other factors beyond the control of the Department of Highways.
District 7 includes Anderson, Bourbon, Boyle, Clark, Fayette, Garrard, Jessamine, Madison, Mercer, Montgomery, Scott and Woodford Counties.
