Signal Work at Winchester and 10th Avenue in Ashland Begins This Week
May 1 beginning at 9 a.m.
FLEMINGSBURG, Ky. (April 27, 2025) – Signal cabinet replacement work will begin at 9 a.m. on Thursday, May 1, at the intersection of Winchester Avenue and 10th Avenue. Along with a new cabinet, new signal heads will be wired in around the intersection. Watch for lane closures and flagged traffic during this replacement. Delays in all directions are to be expected. This replacement will take approximately four to six hours.
Road work schedules may be adjusted if inclement weather or other unforeseen delays occur. Motorists are asked to drive with caution to protect themselves and workers when traveling.
