While on active duty in Iraq, Conley was recognized and honored for his brave and courageous service as part of a team.

Deputy Sheriff Conley received the Governor’s Award for Outstanding Achievement in Occupant Protection Enforcement in 2022, the Governor’s Award for Impaired Driving Enforcement in 2020 and 2022, the Scott County Sheriff’s Office Chief’s Award in 2021, and the Highway Safety All Star Drive Sober Division Winner and Deputy of the Year for 2022.

He assisted the community by serving as an active member of the Clayton Arnold Foundation, a volunteer at Licking River Outfitters, a member and a Mason for the Cynthiana Elks Lodge. Deputy Sheriff Conley especially enjoyed spending his time with his wife, Rachel, their son, Riley, and their daughter, Olivia.
