LEXINGTON, Ky. (April 15, 2025) – The Kentucky Transportation Cabinet (KYTC) advises motorists of a closure for Glass Mill Road/KY 1268. The temporary closure is necessary for clean-up operations near the bridge piers.

Note - the rescheduled date and time are below:
Wednesday, April 16 – 8 a.m. until 3:30 p.m.
- the route will be closed at milepoint 10.774
- message boards are in place to inform the traveling public
- motorists will need to utilize alternate routes
Alternate Routes:
- West – Frankfort-Ford Road (CR)
- West – Figg Lane (CR)
All work and/or closures are scheduled on a tentative basis, and subject to change depending on weather conditions, emergencies and other factors beyond the control of the Department of Highways.
