Mobile operation scheduled for US 127 in Anderson County
Debris clean-up for the median
LEXINGTON, Ky. (April 15, 2025) – The Kentucky Transportation Cabinet (KYTC) advises motorists of operations scheduled in Anderson County. Sweeping for debris clean-up along the raised median will be in progress for US 127. This is a mobile operation and delays could be possible.
Tuesday, April 15 – currently and until 3 p.m.
US 127
- mobile sweeping will be in effect to remove debris from the raised median
- operations began with the Bluegrass Parkway/KY 9002 to Harrodsburg Road/US 127B (milepoints 1.939 - 2.535)
- work will then progress to Harrodsburg Road/US 127 B to the Bluegrass Parkway/KY 9002 to Harrodsburg Road/US 127B (milepoints 2.535 - 1.939)
- the left/fast lane will be impacted and delays could be possible
All work and/or closures are scheduled on a tentative basis, and subject to change depending on weather, emergencies and other factors beyond the control of the Department of Highways.
District 7 includes Anderson, Bourbon, Boyle, Clark, Fayette, Garrard, Jessamine, Madison, Mercer, Montgomery, Scott and Woodford Counties.
