KY 453/Iuka Road in Livingston County, Southeast of Smithland, Has Reopened at the 11.5 MM
PADUCAH, Ky. (Apr. 14, 2025) – KY 453/Iuka Road in Livingston County has reopened at the 11.5-mile marker, southeast of Smithland between KY 937/Cutoff Road and Cothron Road.
A contractor has completed work on a new concrete box culvert. This structure was closed in mid-March after the box culvert was damaged by flash flooding.
This project has been listed on the KYTC District 1 weekly Roadshow Report.
Approximately 1,335 vehicles travel this section of KY 453 in an average day.
