KYTC District 4 High Water Report - 11pm Update
ELIZABETHTOWN, Ky. (April 8, 2025) – This list includes known high water locations only along state routes and is created using mile marker references, which can be found by accessing the KYTC general highway map: https://maps.kytc.ky.gov/generalhighway/. Other road and traffic conditions can also be found by visiting the GoKY.ky.gov website.
As water goes down, motorists are still asked to not move barricades or signs and do not drive through standing or running water. Road conditions below water, even if shallow, are unknown and could be dangerous.
High Water Road Locations (Tuesday, 4/8/25 - 10pm Central/11pm Eastern Update)
As water goes down do not move signs or barriers. Roads may be damaged, holes or collapsed pipes could be present. Even if the water is gone or appears shallow, the surface can be unstable. Our crews will remove barriers and signs when it is safe to do so and after they have looked at adjacent structures.

*UPDATE on the WK/I-65 Interchange --- WK Parkway exit 137B... the ramp to I-65 north from WK east is now open. The ramp to WK west (Exit 91B) from I-65 remains blocked.
