U.S. 60 Intersection at KY 358 in La Center to Convert to Flashing 4-Way Stop on Monday, Mar. 31
Study will determine if signal can be removed
PADUCAH, Ky. (Mar. 28, 2025) – The traffic signal at the intersection of U.S. 60/Kentucky Drive and KY 358/Bluegrass Drive in La Center will be placed in red flashing mode starting on Monday, March 31, creating a temporary four-way stop.
This is near the 10.7-mile marker of U.S. 60/Kentucky Drive. Intersecting roadways are KY 358/Bluegrass Drive and Olive Street.
This is part of an engineering study by Kentucky Transportation Cabinet (KYTC) District 1 to assess viability of converting the intersection from signal control to a permanent four-way stop.
Traffic engineers will monitor the intersection at various times throughout the study, checking on traffic flow.
There is no estimated duration, but KYTC District 1 will provide a timely update when the study is completed.
