Temporary blockage in effect for Interstate 64 in Clark County
Interstate 64 Eastbound at Bypass Road
LEXINGTON, Ky. (Feb. 27, 2025) –The Kentucky Transportation Cabinet (KYTC) advises motorists of a blockage in effect for Interstate 64 Eastbound in Clark County. The temporary blockage is due to downed electrical lines.
Thursday, Feb. 27 – estimated time for clearance is 2 p.m.
Interstate 64
Eastbound – at Bypass Road:
- three (3) lanes are blocked between milepoints 94 and 87
Detour:
- motorists can utilize Exit I-64 at milepoint 94 Westbound, and continue Southbound on Bypass Road and Westbound on Lexington Road
District 7 includes Anderson, Bourbon, Boyle, Clark, Fayette, Garrard, Jessamine, Madison, Mercer, Montgomery, Scott and Woodford Counties.
