Lane Restriction Planned on Interstate 69 SB at the 38 MM in Marshall County on Tuesday, Dec. 17
Work to include environmental cleanup at Dec. 9th crash site
PADUCAH, Ky. (Dec. 13, 2024) – Interstate 69 southbound at the 38 MM will be reduced to one lane on Tuesday, Dec. 17 for environmental cleanup.
This work zone is between I-69 Exit 41 at the U.S. 641 Spur South in Benton and I-69 Exit 27 at KY 131 in Mayfield. Appropriate caution required.
An environmental crew will be working at the site of a Dec. 9th crash, which included a fuel spill. Work is expected to start promptly at 8:30 a.m., with all lanes expected to reopen around 3 p.m. CST, on Tuesday. This is weather dependent.
