Crews to replace cross drain
LOUISVILLE, Ky. (Sept. 27, 2024) – The Kentucky Transportation Cabinet (KYTC) advises motorists of the closure of a section of KY 660/Waterford Road scheduled for next week in Bullitt County.
KY 660/Waterford Road will be closed at mile marker 0.447 (Equinox Boulevard) from 7 p.m. to midnight on Monday, September 30. The closure is necessary as crews work to replace a cross drain. Motorists should expect to follow detours around the affected area while work is underway.
Following the replacement of cross drains, crews will place a layer of dense-grade rock over the drains until asphalt can be laid. Drivers should exercise caution when driving over the newly replaced cross drains.
