KY 2017 in Lee County to be closed Saturday, Sept. 28
JACKSON, Ky. – Drivers who use KY 2017 in the Williba area of Lee County should prepare to use an alternate route on Saturday, Sept. 28.
The road will be closed at milepoint 6.8 for replacement of a drainage pipe. This is approximately 0.7 miles north of KY 708 at Fillmore. Work will begin around 8 a.m. and should be completed around 4 p.m.
No marked detour will be posted. Drivers can use KY 708 and KY 52 as an alternate route to bypass the work location.
In case of inclement weather, the project may be postponed until another suitable date.
Fewer than 35 vehicles use this section of KY 2017 each day.
