Roosevelt Road in Calloway County to be Blocked for Bridge Replacement

Work expected to be completed by May 2025

PADUCAH, Ky. (Aug. 23, 2024)  A contractor for the Kentucky Transportation Cabinet plans to begin a $1.5 million project to replace a bridge on KY 1346 (Roosevelt Road) in Calloway County on Tuesday, September 3. The roadway is expected to be blocked for up to eight months.

The Jonathan Creek Bridge, which was constructed in 1952 and located at the 4.1 mile point, will be fully demolished and replaced with a new bridge.

Work is expected to be completed by May of 2025.

There will be no marked detour.
