UPDATE: Purchase Pkwy Southbound Lanes are Open at 9mm in Graves County
Site is cleared - Work zone is open
PADUCAH, Ky. (July 17, 2024) – The southbound lanes of the Purchase Parkway have reopened at the site of a crash near the 9 mile marker in Graves County.
The site is cleared. The work zone is open.
As a reminder, a work zone extends along the Purchase Parkway from the 0.0 mile marker at the Kentucky-Tennessee State Line at Fulton, extending northward to the 21 mile marker at the southwest edge of Mayfield. This active work zone is to facilitate upgrades that will allow Interstate 69 to be extended to the state line later this year.
The work zone includes a 13 ft. maximum load width restriction. The target completion date for all of the upgrades is Dec 15, 2024.
