Traffic Advisory: KY 342 Closure in Mercer County for Repairs
Tuesday, Wednesday 8 a.m. to 5 p.m.
LEXINGTON, Ky. (July 1, 2024) – State highway crews will temporarily close part of KY 342 (Curdsville Road) in Mercer County this week for repairs.
From 8 a.m. until 5 p.m. Tuesday, July 2, KY 342 will be closed at the 2 mile marker east of Burgin near Hogue Lane for pavement repairs and to replace a drainage pipe under the highway. The road will be closed again Wednesday, July 3, 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. for continued work.
When the road is closed, motorists may detour using KY 33 (Shakertown Road) through Burgin.
