Paving Operations Begin this week on KY 321 in Johnson County Near Paintsville
PIKEVILLE, Ky.(June 13, 2024) The Kentucky Transportation Cabinet advises motorists of lane closures and delays for paving operations on KY 321 in Johnson County near Paintsville starting this week.
Work will begin on Thursday, June 13, along KY 321 at mp 8.7 (intersection of KY 40) and continue through mile point 9.5 (intersection of U.S. 23). Operations will occur from 7 a.m. to 7 p.m. daily through June 19.
During these times, only local and business traffic will be allowed through. Motorists will need to plan ahead for delays and seek alternate routes.
Mountain Enterprises has been contracted to perform the work. Please watch for signage and crew in the work zone.
