Pavement Rehabilitation Project Ready to Begin Next Week Along US 31W in Radcliff

Most work will be at night to minimize traffic impacts

ELIZABETHTOWN, Ky. (June 6, 2024)  A pavement rehabilitation project is scheduled to begin next week in Radcliff along US 31W between West Lincoln Trail Boulevard and Kentucky Veterans Cemetery. This will involve removal and replacement of the road surface and an improved turn lane configuration with striping.

Crews will be setting up varying traffic patterns around work crew operations starting Monday, June 10th. The most significant impacts will take place at night to minimize disruptions to traffic flow and adjacent access. Motorists should pay close attention to construction zone signs for lane shifts and uneven pavement conditions. Travel areas and entrances will be delineated.

The project is scheduled to be complete by October 1st. Updates will be announced as the project progresses.
