Closure scheduled for Woodlake Road/KY 1685 in Woodford County
Removal of large tree for safety precautions
LEXINGTON, Ky. (May 30, 2024) – The Kentucky Transportation Cabinet (KYTC) advises motorists of a scheduled closure for Woodlake Road/KY 1685. The temporary closure is necessary to remove a large tree for safety precautions.
Friday, May 31 – 7:30 a.m. until 3 p.m.
- a closure will be in effect between Old Frankfort Pike/KY 1681 and Leestown Road/US 421
- milepoints for the closure are 9.0 to 11.3
- local traffic will be able to access the route/residents can access their homes
All work/closures are subject to change depending on weather, emergencies and other factors beyond the control of the Department of Highways.
District 7 includes: Anderson, Bourbon, Boyle, Clark, Fayette, Garrard, Jessamine, Madison, Mercer, Montgomery, Scott and Woodford Counties
