Rest areas in Woodford County now open
East and Westbound between milepoints 60.2 and 60.7
LEXINGTON, Ky. (May 28, 2024) – The Kentucky Transportation Cabinet (KYTC) advises motorists that rest areas in Woodford Counties are now open. The rest areas were temporarily closed due to power outages because of inclement weather.

Woodford County – Interstate 64
- the east and westbound rest areas (buildings) are open between milepoints 60.2 and 60.7
- the parking lots for both rest areas remain open to motorists
All work/closures are subject to change depending on weather, emergencies, and other factors beyond the control of the Department of Highways.
District 7 includes: Anderson, Bourbon, Boyle, Clark, Fayette, Garrard, Jessamine, Madison, Mercer, Montgomery, Scott and Woodford Counties
